1. Tuke Marketing is an exclusive sub-brand under Yiqie Douhao (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. All trademark rights, logos, text, and related intellectual property rights of this brand belong to Yiqie Douhao (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.
2. All affiliated business entities registered in Beijing, Shenzhen, Baoding, Dalian, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Jilin and elsewhere under the name Tuke Marketing are effectively controlled by Yiqie Douhao (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., uniformly managed by the parent company, with brand operations, business responsibilities, and asset ownership consolidated under the parent company.
3. No third party may use the Tuke Marketing brand name, trademark, or related logos for business activities without written authorization from Yiqie Douhao (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. Any act of impersonating or confusing the brand's identity will be subject to full legal liability pursued by the company.
