At the same time, however, budget structures, platform rules, and delivery standards are all changing: mid-tier influencers are replacing top-tier influencers as the main force for campaigns, TikTok's multi-site risk control has been comprehensively upgraded, and GMV and ROI have replaced view counts as the language of acceptance.
